Heal yourself,
heal your relationships

We all have our own road to travel, but you don’t have to travel alone.

Can therapy help?

People usually don't go to therapy first when they find themselves "stuck." However, when your usual ways to deal with life's stressors or big questions no longer work, or when something major happens that can overwhelm your life's balance, then therapy can help. Therapy can also help you discover long-term emotionally draining or damaging patterns that you want to understand and to work out of your life and relationships.

Many people ask, "Why do I do what I do?" "What makes me react this way in certain relationships?" "How come I can't seem to just ___ (fill in the blank)?" If you thought anything like these, you are not alone! In therapy sessions, I do my best to collaborate with my clients to find these answers by helping them understand themselves and how that knowledge affects their relationships. I believe our greatest hurts can come from our relationships, but our greatest healing can also come from the same source.

Through research based systemic, relational, and attachment-based models, we will find insight into your behaviors and work toward genuine transformation and empowerment to promote long-lasting satisfaction and peace within yourself and your relationships. So yes, therapy CAN help!
