Rates

Fee

I provide 50 minute sessions at $200 for individuals and couples. I have a limited number of sliding scale slots for those in difficult financial situations. Currently, I do not have any availabilities for sliding scale clients, but please don’t hesitate to ask to be placed on the waitlist.

Insurance

I am considered to be an out of network provider for PPO insurance plans. I do not bill insurance directly, but can provide a superbill statement at the end of the month for you to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance membership services to inquire about their reimbursement rates for out of network providers prior to our initial session.

Method of Payment

I accept all major credit cards (including HSA and FSA cards) and PayPal for payment of services. I use a HIPAA-secured practice management platform for credit card payments.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by email or phone. Otherwise, clients will be charged for the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
