I work extensively with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss and relational issues. After our brief consult and you feel that we can be a good fit, we will begin to explore expectations and goals for therapy. I will begin by asking questions such as “What has brought you to seek therapy?” and “What changes do you hope to see through this therapy relationship?” Once goals and expectations are set, my hope for us is to address and identify the negative patterns in your life in order to cultivate new ones which lead to healing, restoration, and practical change.
